Materials:
Any required materials, such as fittings or cables, will be charged separately from the service cost.
Materials are subject to local availability, and procurement may take between 2 to 3 days.
If parts are unavailable, the service fee will not be refunded.
Permits & Cancellation:
For Sundays and Public Holidays, customers must arrange permits, especially for drilling services.
On weekdays (Monday to Saturday) after 5 PM, customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.
Full property access is required to complete all tasks. If the professional is unable to proceed due to permit issues, the service fee remains non-refundable.
Cancellation within 6 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a 50% service charge, and cancellation within 2 hours will result in a 100% service charge.
