We reserve the right to disable accounts without refunds if Providers:

  • Act in bad faith
  • Register under fraudulent entities
  • Fail to submit records for verification
  • Are identified as fraudulent by UAE Government officials
  • Sell client information to unauthorized companies

4. CONTENT AND RATINGS

4.1 Content

5.2 Fees and Payments

Power Clean LLC. charges an annual subscription fee of AED 5,000 for Providers to use the platform. Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.

Failure to pay may result in restricted access or account suspension. Refunds are not provided once payment is processed.

6. TERMS OF USE

Users agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or offensive content
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Impersonate another person
  • Share personally identifiable information without consent
  • Promote illegal or prohibited activities
  • Use the platform for spamming or phishing
