Services Available :

• Furniture Assembly
• TV Mounting
• Curtain Installation
• Drilling Services
• Door Fitting and Repairs

Materials :

• Any required materials , such as fittings or cables , will be charged separately from the service cost.
• Materials are subject to local availability , and procurement may take between 2 to 3 days.
• If parts are unavailable , the service fee will not be refunded .

Service Charges :

• A visit fee of AED 129 applies , covering the first hour of work (materials are not included ).
• After the first hour ,a charge of AED 65 will be incurred for each additional 30 minutes.
• If a customer requests a quote for further work but decides not to proceed, 50% of the visit charge is applicable.

Permits & Cancellation :

• For Sundays and Public Holidays , customers must arrange permits , especially for drilling services.
• On weekdays (Mondays to Saturday ) after 5 pm, customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.
• Full property access is required to complete all tasks. If the professional is unable to proceed due to permit issues, the service fee remains non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 6 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a 50% service charge and cancellation within 2 hours will result in 100% service charge.
