Services Available :

Materials :

Any required materials , such as fittings or cables , will be charged separately from the service cost.
Materials are subject to local availability , and procurement may take between 2 to 3 days.
If parts are unavailable , the service fee will not be refunded .

Service Charges :

A visit fee of AED 149 applies , covering the first hour of work (materials are not included ).
After the first hour ,a charge of AED 75 will be incurred for each additional 30 minutes.
If a customer requests a quote for further work but decides not to proceed, 50% of the visit charge is applicable.

Permits & Cancellation :

For Sundays and Public Holidays , customers must arrange permits , especially for drilling services.
On weekdays (Mondays to Saturday ) after 5 pm, customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.
Full property access is required to complete all tasks. If the professional is unable to proceed due to permit issues, the service fee remains non-refundable.
Cancellation within 6 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a 50% service charge and cancellation within 2 hours will result in 100% service charge.
