Materials :
- Any required materials , such as fittings or cables , will be charged separately from the service cost.
- Materials are subject to local availability , and procurement may take between 2 to 3 days.
- If parts are unavailable , the service fee will not be refunded .
Permits & Cancellation :
- For Sundays and Public Holidays , customers must arrange permits , especially for drilling services.
- On weekdays (Mondays to Saturday ) after 5 pm, customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.
- Full property access is required to complete all tasks. If the professional is unable to proceed due to permit issues, the service fee remains non-refundable.
- Cancellation within 6 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a 50% service charge and cancellation within 2 hours will result in 100% service charge.
